Worry is perfectly normal and we all do it.

The problem is that worry can quickly get out of hand and become torturous.

Overthinking or worry actually has its own mental health classification and is called generalised anxiety disorder (GAD).

The problem with worry is that it’s usually based on worst-case-scenario; your brain lies to you, and conjures up the worst possible thing that could happen, and tries to convince you that this is reality.
