It’s me, hi, I’m the problem.

How are you feeling at the start of a new year?

Now you know my feelings about this ‘new year, new me’ shizzle, but in all seriousness, if there are changes you’d like to make, read on………..

I was listening to Taylor Swift being interviewed about being TIME magazine’s “Person of the Year”.

I wouldn’t call myself a Taylor Swift fan,

I think she’s a fantastic songwriter.

And her smash hit from earlier this year, not only has an earworm of a chorus,

It also hides a powerful secret for helping you to make changes………

If you’re not a Swiftie (seriously?!) here’s the first line of the chorus:

It’s me, hi. I’m the problem, it’s me.”

So what the heck does that have to do with making changes?

You may view it as ‘making some changes’, ‘working on yourself’ or ‘finding ways to feel happier’.
Regardless of what you call it, the first step is to take accountability for your part in making it happen.

Only at the point of accountability can any change start to happen.
