I’m not known for a love of self-promotion.
It doesn’t matter how many times I’ve been on the T.V. or radio, I still hate seeing or hearing myself.
The problem is that I know this is the best way to get information out there. If I want to spread the word about the best ways to overcome anxiety, I understand that this is what I have to do.
So, when Natalie started throwing the word ‘podcast’ round the office, it wasn’t met with much enthusiasm. Natalie’s amazing, she’s just as motivated as I am to give you the solutions you need to become the happiest version of yourself.
I eventually got round to it.
I figured if Natalie edits and produces it, I can save myself cringing at the sound of my voice.
I’ve started off with a couple of topics I get most questions about, health anxiety and negative thinking. As always, I’m about solutions. I’ve kept them short and sweet to a few minutes, but I know they’ll really help you.
