Hello to all you lovely people who take the time to read my blogs.
Sending you all a massive thank you for supporting Fearless Female and I hope you’re getting what you need to overcome anxiety.
We’ve had lots of new people visit the website so I thought I should introduce myself and tell you a bit more about me and Fearless Female.
I have to be prodded to talk about myself because deep down, I can be a bit shy and uncomfortable in the spotlight.
I appreciate how daft this sounds.
If you’ve seen me on The Real Housewives of Cheshire or doing some media thing or other, I can hear you all wondering how I can go on the telly and yet claim to be a bit shy.
A loooooong time ago (over 30 years), I was horribly, cripplingly anxious. A psychologist helped me, and I was so fascinated about how changes were made, I trained to become a psychologist and that’s what I’ve done ever since.
Not only did I learn how to overcome anxiety, I trained myself to do things I would never have thought possible.
If I let that little gremlin in my head take over, I’d never get up and face the day, let alone do all the stuff I do. Don’t get me wrong, the gremlin is still there, telling me I’m not good enough, clever enough, nice enough etc. I’m so good at challenging my thoughts, the slightest little whimper from that voice, turns me into the Fearless Female that I know hides in all of you.
Every man and his dog are on social media claiming to be an anxiety expert these days. If you look carefully, you’ll notice that they talk about the problems and rarely offer solutions. If they do offer solutions, they’re solutions a quick check on Google will easily throw up. Here at Fearless Female, we only offer solutions that we know work. We offer these solutions at the least possible price we can, because there is a solution to anxiety that everybody needs to have access to.
